2. Do you provide both bulk and retail packaging?
Yes, we offer customized packaging solutions as per client requirements—ranging from small retail packs to large bulk consignments.
3. What certifications do you hold?
We are certified with globally recognized standards like ISO, HACCP, APEDA, FSSAI, and Organic certifications (depending on the product). These ensure that our products meet international quality and safety requirements.
4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ depends on the product. For rice and grains, we usually start from a 20-foot container load, while for other items like pulses, peanuts, and eco-conscious products, the MOQ can be customized.
5. Do you provide samples before bulk orders?
Yes, samples can be provided on request (shipping charges may apply) so buyers can check quality, grain length, aroma, and other specifications before confirming their bulk orders.
6. How do you ensure product quality?
Our products undergo strict quality checks at every stage—sourcing, processing, packaging, and dispatch. We also use third-party inspections when required by the buyer.
7. Which countries do you export to?

We accept L/C (Letter of Credit), T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), and DP (Documents against Payment). Terms are negotiable depending on order size and buyer history.

10. How long does shipping usually take?
Delivery timelines depend on the destination country, product type, and order volume. Generally, it takes 2–4 weeks for processing and shipment.
